At block 2215, the method 2200 may include determining whether at least one other node associated with one other operator in the deployment of operators has emergency data to transmit over the unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band. When it is determined that there is no node of another operator in the deployment of operators that has emergency data to transmit over the unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band, the method 2200 may proceed to block 2220. When it is determined that a node associated with another operator in the deployment of operators (e.g., a second node associated with a second operator) has emergency data to transmit over the unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band, the method 2200 may proceed to block 2225. In some examples, determining that a node associated with another operator in the deployment of operators has emergency data to transmit over the unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band may include receiving a signal from a node associated with another operator (e.g., receiving a signal from a second node associated with a second operator). The signal received from the node associated another operator may include an indication that the node associated with another operator has emergency data to transmit. The operation(s) at block 2215 may be performed using the wireless communication management module 1220, 1320, 1520, 1760, and/or 1860 described with reference to
