The plurality of sub-pixel regions include a plurality of first sub-pixel regions 1 and a plurality of second sub-pixel regions 2.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a first driving circuit 5 and a first light-emitting unit 3 electrically connected with the first driving circuit 5 are sequentially disposed on the substrate 10 and located in the plurality of first sub-pixel regions 1. The first driving circuit can adopt a 7T2C circuit. Of course, in other exemplary embodiments of present disclosure, the first driving circuit 5 may further include other devices. For example, in order to implement a threshold compensation function, the first driving circuit 5 may further include a compensation transistor and more capacitive devices, and the like.
