As illustrated in FIG. 7, the server apparatus 1 has a CPU 111, a ROM 112, a memory 113, a storage 114, an input portion 104 (or input module 104), a voice recognition engine 117, a communication portion 120 (or communication module 120), a DC-DC converter 122, an AC adaptor 123, and the like and the modules are connected directly or indirectly through a bus.

The CPU 111 controls the entire server apparatus 10 by an OS 130 stored in the storage 114 connected through the bus and manages a function of executing processing based on various programs stored in the storage 114. The ROM 112 stores a BIOS (Basic Input/Output System) 112a, data, and the like.

The memory 113 contains a cache memory or a RAM and is a writable memory to be utilized as a read area of execution programs of the CPU 111 or a work area where processing data of the execution programs is written.
