For example, in some embodiments, the transcription system 130 may be configured to identify negative user ratings of the first technique ratings. For example, in some embodiments, the transcription system 130 may be configured to identify which of the first technique ratings meet a negative rating threshold. In some embodiments, meeting the negative rating threshold by a particular user rating may include having a user rating value that indicates a level of user satisfaction that is below a particular standard. For example, in some embodiments the user ratings may have values that are based on an adjective-based scale. In these or other embodiments meeting the negative rating threshold may include having a user rating that is “bad” or “very bad.” As another example, in some embodiments the user ratings may have values that are based on a numerical scale from 1-5 in which 5 indicates a high level of user satisfaction and 1 indicates a low level of user satisfaction. In these or other embodiments, scores that are below “3” may meet the negative rating threshold. In these or other embodiments, the transcription system 130 may be configured to identify the user ratings that meet the negative rating threshold as “negative user ratings.” The above examples of negative rating thresholds are merely examples as negative rating thresholds may vary depending on particular considerations that may be applicable to particular instances. For example, the negative rating thresholds may be determined based on rating system, consumer feedback, system constraints, consumer retention, and system use, among others.
