What is claimed is:1. A fluoride ion secondary battery comprising:a positive electrode;a negative electrode; andan electrolyte disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode and having a fluoride ion conductivity,wherein the negative electrode includes a negative electrode active material and a coat coating the negative electrode active material, and the coat contains a fluoride ion conductor,wherein the fluoride ion conductor comprises:rubidium;magnesium; andfluorine, andwherein in an average composition of the fluoride ion conductor, a ratio of the number of moles of the magnesium to the total number of moles of the rubidium and the magnesium is less than 0.4.2. The fluoride ion secondary battery according to claim 1, wherein the fluoride ion conductor comprises:a compound containing rubidium, magnesium, and fluorine.3. The fluoride ion secondary battery according to claim 2, wherein the fluoride ion conductor further comprises:a mixture containing rubidium, magnesium, and fluorine.4. The fluoride ion secondary battery according to claim 1, wherein for the fluoride ion conductor,the ratio of the number of moles of the magnesium to the total number of moles of the rubidium and the magnesium is 0.1 or more and 0.3 or less.5. The fluoride ion secondary battery according to claim 1, wherein the fluoride ion conductor consists of:rubidium, magnesium, and fluorine.6. The fluoride ion secondary battery according to claim 1, whereinthe positive electrode includes the fluoride ion conductor.7. The fluoride ion secondary battery according to claim 6, whereinthe positive electrode includes a positive electrode active material and a coat coating the positive electrode active material; andthe coat coating the positive electrode active material contains the fluoride ion conductor.8. The fluoride ion secondary battery according to claim 1, whereinthe electrolyte is a liquid electrolyte.9. The fluoride ion secondary battery according to claim 1, whereinthe electrolyte includes the fluoride ion conductor.10. The fluoride ion secondary battery according to claim 1, whereinthe positive electrode includes a positive electrode active material containing at least one selected from the group consisting of Co, Cu, Bi, Sn, Pb, Fe, Zn, Ga, and C.11. The fluoride ion secondary battery according to claim 1, whereinthe negative electrode active material contains at least one selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr, Al, Sc, Rb, Ge, Cs, Mg, K, Na, La, Ca, Ba, and Sr.12. A fluoride ion secondary battery comprising:a positive electrode including a positive electrode active material and a first coat coating the positive electrode active material;a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material and a second coat coating the negative electrode active material; andan electrolyte disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode and having a fluoride ion conductivity,wherein at least one of the first coat and the second coat contains a fluoride ion conductor,wherein the fluoride ion conductor comprises:rubidium;magnesium; andfluorine, andwherein in an average composition of the fluoride ion conductor, a ratio of the number of moles of the magnesium to the total number of moles of the rubidium and the magnesium is less than 0.4.
