if the paging carrier is a secondary carrier, to listen to system information update notification sent on the secondary carrier, and to receive updated system information on the primary carrier upon reception of the notification.

In a possible implementation, the processing module is further configured:

if the paging carrier is a secondary carrier, to compare a channel quality of the paging carrier with those of primary carriers in respective surrounding cells, and to reselect a cell according to comparison results.

Based upon the same inventive idea, an embodiment of the invention provides an eNB, and for a particular implementation of the eNB, reference can be made to the description of the method according to the embodiment of the invention, so a repeated description thereof will be omitted here; and as illustrated in FIG. 4, the eNB generally includes:
