In contrast, when the TWAG 74 supports the NBIFOM and/or when the TWAG 74 has the function of establishing the multi-access PDN connection, the TWAG 74 may include, in the second identification information, information indicating that the TWAG 74 supports the NBIFOM and/or information indicating that the TWAG 74 has the function of establishing the multi-access PDN connection, based on the reception of the PDN connectivity request and/or the first identification information, and transmit the Create Session Request including the first identification information and/or the second identification information, to the PGW 30, as described in the example of the first PDN connection procedure.
Furthermore, the TWAG 74 may transmit the Create Session Request according to the APN to the PGW 30.
