The encapsulation layer TFE may encapsulate the display element layer DP-OLED. The encapsulation layer TFE may include at least one inorganic layer (hereinafter, referred to as ‘a(chǎn)n encapsulation inorganic layer’). The encapsulation layer TFE may further include at least one organic layer (hereinafter, referred to as ‘a(chǎn)n encapsulation organic layer’). The encapsulation inorganic layer may protect the display element layer DP-OLED from water and/or oxygen, and the encapsulation organic layer may protect the display element layer DP-OLED from a foreign material such as dust particles. The encapsulation inorganic layer may include a silicon nitride layer, a silicon oxynitride layer, a silicon oxide layer, a titanium oxide layer and/or an aluminum oxide layer. The encapsulation organic layer may include, but not limited to, an acrylic-based organic layer.
