sending, by the distributed unit, data bearer user plane transmission path establishment information on the distributed unit side to the centralized unit, where
the data bearer configuration information includes at least one of the following information: a data bearer identifier, a Media Access Control layer configuration parameter used by the distributed unit to establish a data bearer, a physical layer configuration parameter used by the distributed unit to establish the data bearer, a logical channel configuration parameter used by the distributed unit to establish the data bearer, service information used by the distributed unit to process the data bearer, and data bearer user plane transmission path establishment information on the centralized unit side.
