the user plane transmission path establishment information on the distributed unit side includes at least one of the following information: first signaling bearer user plane transmission path establishment information on the distributed unit side and third signaling bearer user plane transmission path establishment information on the distributed unit side.
In a possible design, the method further includes:
sending, by the centralized unit, first signaling bearer configuration information and/or third signaling bearer configuration information to the distributed unit through the control plane connection between the distributed unit and the centralized unit, where
the first signaling bearer configuration information includes at least one of the following information: a first signaling bearer identifier, a Media Access Control layer configuration parameter used by the distributed unit to establish a first signaling bearer, a physical layer configuration parameter used by the distributed unit to establish the first signaling bearer, a logical channel configuration parameter used by the distributed unit to establish the first signaling bearer, and first signaling bearer user plane transmission path establishment information on a centralized unit side; and
