Flowcharts representative of example machine readable instructions that may be executed to implement the example management endpoint 340 of FIGS. 3A, 3B, 3C, 4, and/or 5 and/or the example management agent 350 of FIGS. 3A, 3B, 3C, and/or 6 are shown in FIGS. 7 and/or 8. In these examples, the machine readable instructions implement programs for execution by a processor such as the processor 912, 1012 shown in the example processor platform 900, 1000 discussed below in connection with FIGS. 9 and/or 10. The programs may be embodied in software stored on a tangible computer readable storage medium such as a CD-ROM, a floppy disk, a hard drive, a digital versatile disk (DVD), a Blu-ray disk, or a memory associated with the processor 912, 1012, but the entire program and/or parts thereof could alternatively be executed by a device other than the processor 912, 1012 and/or embodied in firmware or dedicated hardware. Further, although the example programs are described with reference to the flowcharts illustrated in FIGS. 7 and/or 8, many other methods of deploying, managing, and updating workload domains in accordance with the teachings of this disclosure may alternatively be used. For example, the order of execution of the blocks may be changed, and/or some of the blocks described may be changed, eliminated, or combined.
