In response to detecting one or more predefined and/or user selected accessibility features or capabilities activated or otherwise in use on a hardware device 102, in certain embodiments, the adjustment module 206 may replace a detected accessibility feature with a replacement and/or substitute accessibility feature (e.g., provided by the adjustment module 206 or the accessibility module 304, or the like). For example, an accessibility feature provided by a hardware device 102 and/or an operating system thereof, may not be compatible with and/or properly operate with an application (e.g., computer executable code), and the adjustment module 206 may provide a replacement and/or substitute accessibility feature that is compatible, operates properly, provides one or more additional features and/or functions, or the like than the detected accessibility feature. In one embodiment, an adjustment module 206 changes and/or alters an initial experience (e.g., an initial display screen of a graphical user interface, initial audio output, an initial input requested from a user, or the like) in response to detecting that an accessibility feature is active, or the like (e.g., automatically, dynamically, or the like, without input from a user selecting the replacement and/or substitute accessibility feature, or the like).
