System 100, the components of which are described in detail below, can be implemented in computer instructions (e.g., one or more program modules) executable on one or more processors such as processor 816 of a computer system such as computer system 812, both described with reference to FIG. 8. The computer system can be an element of a computing node such as computing node 800 also described with reference to FIG. 8.
