The invention claimed is:1. A biometric collection device, comprising:a fingerprint scanner including a fingerprint sensor that generates fingerprint images from both a flat capture and a roll capture; anda first indicator indicating that the fingerprint scanner is set to perform the flat capture and or set to perform the roll capture, whereinduring the flat capture, the fingerprint scanner pulses a first light indicating that the fingerprint scanner is presently capturing a fingerprint image, during the rolled capture, the fingerprint scanner pulses a second light indicating that the fingerprint sensor is presently capturing the fingerprint, anda pulse rate of the second light is faster than a pulse rate of the first light.2. The biometric collection device according to claim 1, wherein the biometric collection device is configured to capture the fingerprint images for all fingers on both hands of a user, and after capturing the fingerprint images, constantly or solidly illuminate ten green lights.3. The biometric collection device according to claim 1, wherein each of one or more second indicators depicts each hand of a user and includes five lights corresponding to five fingers of said each hand.4. The biometric collection device according to claim 1, wherein the biometric collection device includes a new person function, the new person function informing the fingerprint scanner that fingerprints for a new person are to be captured.5. The biometric collection device according to claim 1, wherein the biometric collection device includes a skip finger function, the skip finger function alerting the fingerprint scanner that one or more fingers will not be scanned.6. A biometric collection method, comprising:by a fingerprint scanner including a fingerprint sensor, generating fingerprint images from both a flat capture and a roll capture; andby a first indicator, indicating that the fingerprint scanner is set to perform the flat capture and or set to perform the roll capture, whereinduring the flat capture, the fingerprint scanner pulses a first light indicating that the fingerprint scanner is presently capturing a fingerprint image, during the rolled capture, the fingerprint scanner pulses a second light indicating that the fingerprint sensor is presently capturing the fingerprint, anda pulse rate of the second light is faster than a pulse rate of the first light.7. The biometric collection method according to claim 6, further comprising:capturing the fingerprint images for all fingers on both hands of a user, and after capturing the fingerprint images, constantly or solidly illuminating ten green lights.8. The biometric collection method according to claim 6, further comprising:by each of one or more second indicators, depicting each hand of a user and including five lights respectively corresponding to five fingers of said each hand.9. The biometric collection method according to claim 6, further comprising:including a new person function, the new person function informing the fingerprint scanner that fingerprints for a new person are to be captured.10. The biometric collection method according to claim 6, further comprising:including a skip finger function, the skip finger function alerting the fingerprint scanner that one or more fingers will not be scanned.11. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium in which a program is stored, the program causing a computer including a fingerprint scanner to execute:generating fingerprint images from both a flat capture and a roll capture; andindicating, by a first indicator, that the fingerprint scanner is set to perform the flat capture and or set to perform the roll capture, whereinduring the flat capture, the fingerprint scanner pulses a first light indicating that the fingerprint scanner is presently capturing a fingerprint image, during the rolled capture, the fingerprint scanner pulses a second light indicating that the fingerprint sensor is presently capturing the fingerprint, anda pulse rate of the second light is faster than a pulse rate of the first light.12. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 11, wherein the program causes the computer to execute:capturing the fingerprint images for all fingers on both hands of a user, and after capturing fingerprint images, constantly or solidly illuminating ten green lights.13. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 11, wherein the program causes the computer to execute, by each of one or more second indicators, depicting each hand of a user and including five lights respectively corresponding to five fingers of said each hand.14. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 11, wherein the program causes the computer to execute including a new person function, the new person function informing the fingerprint scanner that fingerprints for a new person are to be captured.15. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 11, wherein the program causes the computer to execute including a skip finger function, the skip finger function alerting the fingerprint scanner that one or more fingers will not be scanned.
