The computing system may obtain, in response to receiving the trigger data, passenger information of the passenger of the vehicle. For example, the computing system may look up the passenger's name, address, and/or the like, based on a user account of the passenger (e.g., the user account that was used to request the ride with the driver). In another example, the computing system may use the sensor information, in addition to and/or instead of the user account, to obtain the passenger information. For example, the computing system may scan the captured sensor information to identify the passenger (e.g., using facial recognition analysis). If the scan does not return any results, and/or if it returns a different result than indicated by the associated user account (e.g., a picture in the user account), the system indicate that the passenger may be using a fake account and/or may be using another user's account.
In some embodiments, the computer system may generate alert notifications based on the passenger information and the sensor information. For example, the alert notifications may be used to trigger one or more incident actions, such as suspending and/or terminating the user account of the passenger.
