Another aspect of the present disclosure is directed to a method configured to receive, over a communication network, trigger data in response to activation of a trigger device disposed within a first area of a vehicle. In response to receiving the trigger data, the method may control, over the communication network, a camera disposed within a second area of the vehicle to capture sensor information of a passenger of the vehicle. The method may obtain, in response to receiving the trigger data, passenger information of the passenger of the vehicle. In some embodiments, the method may generate alert notifications based on the passenger information and the sensor information. For example, the alert notification may be used to trigger one or more incident actions, such as suspending and/or terminating the user account of the passenger.
Yet another aspect of the present disclosure is directed to a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium configured with instructions executable by one or more processors to cause the one or more processors to perform operations configured to receive, over a communication network, trigger data in response to activation of a trigger device disposed within a first area of a vehicle. In response to receiving the trigger data, the operations may control, over the communication network, a camera disposed within a second area of the vehicle to capture sensor information of a passenger of the vehicle. The operations may obtain, in response to receiving the trigger data, passenger information of the passenger of the vehicle. For example, the alert notifications may be used to trigger one or more incident actions, such as suspending and/or terminating the user account of the passenger.
