The RAN 108 can provide the user device 104 and the connected car 106 access to the network 114 over which to communicate with an OTA file distribution system 116. The OTA file distribution system 116 is utilized to implement aspects of the concepts and technologies described herein. The illustrated OTA file distribution system 116 encompasses several components, each of which may be combined into a single system as shown, or may be implemented as separate components capable of communicating together to share information.
