Therefore, as discussed above, embodiments of the present invention have at least the goals of: 1) preventing continuous alternating between isolation on and off; and 2) tracking false positives (shorts that are so quick, the controller does not have time to isolate them) and shortening the time to detect, so that they can be isolated.
