R is selected independently at each occurrence from F, OSi(OR1)3, C1 to C10 alkyl, C2 to C10 alkenyl, and C2 to C10 alkynyl, wherein alkyl, alkenyl, and alkynyl may be substituted by one or more substituents selected from F and CN;
    R1 is selected independently at each occurrence from C1 to C10 alkyl, C2 to C10 alkenyl, and C2 to C10 alkynyl, wherein alkyl, alkenyl, and alkynyl may be substituted by one or more substituents selected from F and CN; and
    n is an integer selected from 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
The term “C1-C10 alkyl” as used herein means a straight or branched saturated hydrocarbon group with 1 to 10 carbon atoms having one free valence, e.g., methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, tert-butyl, n-pentyl, iso-pentyl, 2,2-dimethylpropyl, n-hexyl, n-heptyl, n-octyl, n-octyl, n-nonyl, n-decyl, and the like. Preferred are C1-C6 alkyl, more preferred are C1-C4 alkyl like methyl, ethyl, and n- and iso-propyl, and n-butyl and most preferred is methyl.
