The second groove portion 44b is an annular concave groove which is continuous from the insertion hole 41 and has a radius D2 which is larger than the length from the center CL of the rotor 51 to the first refrigerant discharge hole 42a of the second end plate 40b. The refrigerant discharge holes 42a and 42b of the first end plate 40a and the second end plate 40b both have a substantially triangular shape including an apex portion on the radially outer side. However, the shape of the refrigerant discharge holes 42a and 42b can be changed as appropriate.
