A first bias circuit includes a transistor 110, a resistor 107, a diode 108 and a diode 109. A collector of the transistor 110 is respectively connected to a bias voltage Vbias and one end of the resistor 107. The other end of the resistor 107 is respectively connected to a base of the transistor 110 and an anode of the triode 108. A cathode of the diode 108 is connected to an anode of the diode 109. A cathode of the diode 109 is grounded. An emitter of the transistor 110 is correspondingly connected to bases of the transistor 105a, the transistor 105b and the transistor 105c respectively through a resistor 104a, a resistor 104b and a resistor 104c. The bias voltage is provided for the transistor 105a, the transistor 105b and the transistor 105c of the second stage of amplifier circuit through the first bias circuit.
