In the current detection feedback circuit of the radio frequency power amplifier provided by the present embodiment, a base of a transistor 314 is respectively connected to the resistor 307a, the resistor 307b and the resistor 307c through a resistor 316 (the resistor 316 forms a first detection circuit), an emitter of the transistor 314 is grounded, a resistor 315 and a resistor 317 are correspondingly arranged among a collector of the transistor 314, the power supply voltage and the base of a transistor 319. The collector of the transistor 319 is connected to the power supply voltage, and the emitter of the transistor 319 is connected to the base of the transistor 304 through a resistor 318, wherein the transistor 314 equals to the first transistor 111 (as shown in FIG. 1), the transistor 319 equals to the second transistor 115, the resistor 316 equals to the first resistor 112, the resistor 315 equals to the second resistor 113, and the resistor 317 equals to the third resistor 114. In addition, the transistor 314, the transistor 319, the resistor 315 and the resistor 317 also form a first feedback circuit. Similarly, the resistor 316 and the transistor 314 form the mirror image of the resistor 307a, the resistor 307b, the resistor 307c and the transistor 308a, the transistor 308b, the transistor 308c; the transistor 314 can proportionally copy quiescent operating currents of the transistor 308a, the transistor 308b and the transistor 308c by designing the proportion of the resistor 316 to the resistor 307a, the resistor 307b and the resistor 307c and the proportion of the transistor 314 to the transistor 308a, the transistor 308b and the transistor 308c. The radio frequency power amplifier can detect a quiescent operating current of the input end of the third stage of amplifier circuit through the resistor 316, and can feed back the result to the resistor 315 through the collector of the transistor 314 after the quiescent operating current is copied through the transistor 314. The resistor 315 generates the corresponding control voltage according to the quiescent operating current, a current flowing through the transistor 319 is controlled through the resistor 317, different currents flowing through the transistor 319 are input into the input end of the second stage of amplifier circuit through the resistor 318, thereby controlling a quiescent operating current of the second stage of amplifier circuit, and ensuring the second stage of amplifier circuit to operate in a state in which the gain is stable.
