As part of a determination by the communication service 108 that a trust score allows a connection request to be executed, the communication service 108 may complete the connection request by establishing a connection between an origin endpoint (e.g., an originating device such as 120 and 132) and a destination endpoint assigned a phone number or other type of identifier. The connection may be over any type and combination of networks capable of transmitting communication data (e.g., voice, video, text, and image) between the origin endpoint and destination endpoint, including a public switched telephone network (PSTN), packet switched network (PSN) (e.g., including the Internet), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network, cellular network, private branch exchange (PBX) network, and the like. The communication service 108 may manage data packets transmitted by the origin endpoint and the destination endpoint over the networks 102 and 118. Also, the communication service 108 may collect call history data 114 associated with connections managed by the communication service 108, which may be used as described above.
