As illustrated in Table 5, reflectance of samples No. 26 to 28 was equal to or more than 97.3%, and was higher than that of samples No. 25 and 29. From there results, it was found that a circuit board had a further higher reflectance when an average value of a circle equivalent diameter of the third filler was equal to or more than 0.3 μm to equal to or less than 2 μm.
Next, samples were fabricated whose height relation between surfaces of a silicone-resin layer and a reflective layer was different from one another to execute measurement of their reflectance.
