The networked environment 400 includes a computing environment 403, one or more client devices 406, one or more radio access networks (RANs) 409, a spectrum reservation service 410, and one or more radio-based networks 103, which are in data communication with each other via a network 412. The network 412 includes, for example, the Internet, intranets, extranets, wide area networks (WANs), local area networks (LANs), wired networks, wireless networks, cable networks, satellite networks, or other suitable networks, etc., or any combination of two or more such networks. The RANs 409 may be operated by a plurality of different communication service providers. In some cases, one or more of the RANs 409 may be operated by a cloud provider network 203 (FIG. 2A) or a customer of the cloud provider network 203.
