In an implementation, the second channel is a DL channel, a transmission direction corresponding to the second channel is a DL direction, and the terminal receives the second channel on the target resource. In another implementation, the second channel is a UL channel, a transmission direction corresponding to the second channel is a UL direction, and the terminal sends the second channel on the target resource.
Step 503: The terminal transmits the first channel on the target resource.
Specifically, the terminal receives the first channel on the target resource if the transmission direction corresponding to the first channel is a DL direction; or the terminal sends the first channel on the target resource if the transmission direction corresponding to the first channel is a UL direction.
The technical solutions of this embodiment of this application are respectively described below with reference to different implementations of the second configuration signaling.
1) It is determined, based on the cell-specific RRC signaling, that the target resource is used to transmit a UL channel, and it is determined, based on the semi-static UL/DL configuration signaling, that the target resource is used to transmit a DL channel. In this case, the terminal transmits a UL channel on the target resource.
