starting in advance the radio frequency module circuit and/or the baseband module circuit of the transmitter according to the TDM pattern and a preset time, where the preset time is a warm-up time of the radio frequency module circuit and/or the baseband module circuit of the transmitter, and the radio frequency module circuit is all or a part of the radio frequency module circuit of the transmitter;
subsequent to the turning off the radio frequency module circuit and/or the baseband module circuit of the receiver according to the TDM pattern, the method further includes:
starting in advance the radio frequency module circuit and/or the baseband module circuit of the receiver according to the TDM pattern and a preset time, where the preset time is a warm-up time of the radio frequency module circuit and/or the baseband module circuit of the receiver, and the radio frequency module circuit is all or a part of the radio frequency module circuit of the receiver.
