Step 601: generating a TDM pattern, where the TDM pattern is configured to indicate an uplink resource and/or a downlink resource available for the UE;

Step 602: sending the TDM pattern to the UE, to enable the UE to perform a transmission control according to the TDM pattern.

According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, by generating a TDM pattern and sending the TDM pattern to a UE for the UE to perform a transmission control according to the TDM pattern, the transmission performance of the UE may be improved.
