When the user leaves an indoor area, the pRRU is powered off In this way, the network is disabled when the user leaves. In LTE standard, because random access is not initiated when a terminal camps on a cell, the terminal may not be detected. If a pRRU in a specific position is improperly selected, the terminal may not be detected either.
