As described above, it is recognized herein that when UEs are allowed to enter long periods of sleep, such as when power savings mode (PSM) and/or extended idle mode discontinuous reception (eDRX) are used, situations may arise where the UE is not reachable when the Network or a third Party Server needs to contact the UE for a mobile terminated event.
