Administrators may be provided with a dashboard showing administrator-relevant information. Administrator-relevant information may include alerts. For instance, if a user message has gone without response for greater than a defined period of time. The period of time used to generate an alert may vary depending on how a message is tagged, such as a higher-priority message tagged with a high-priority tag causing an alert with less time without a response than a lower-priority message. In some embodiments, an administrator may be provided with a list of high-priority message threads with messages that have not been responded to.
The multi-agent messaging system 100 may support payment processing on behalf of consumers and businesses, with the multi-agent messaging system 100 acting as an intermediary in a payment process.
Administrators and agents may also be de-authorized from accessing message threads and other information for the multi-agent entity. Administrators may deauthorize agents by sending a deauthorization command to the agent management component 470. Where multiple administrator accounts are used for a multi-agent entity, a primary administrator account may control the authorization and deauthorization of other administrator accounts. The deauthorization of a primary administrator may be performed manually be administrators of the messaging system based on communication with the multi-agent entity.
