The business application may empower access to additional messaging functionality. For example, in association with the performance of end-to-end encryption, a user of the messaging system may be tied to a particular device. However, the business application may empower multiple devices to access messaging communication for a particular business. As such, the process of moving a business's communication onto a messaging system is eased. As a result, the embodiments, can improve the functionality of a messaging system for both businesses and consumers.
