In some embodiments, the analysis component 512, can comprise one or more processors, memory, and electrical circuitry. In some embodiments, the analysis component 512 can determining whether a condition that indicates a modification to a data routing schedule is satisfied and whether a second link is available. For example, the analysis component 512 can analyze the buffer capacity and determine that the buffer has reached a buffer threshold (e.g., 90% full). In another example, the analysis component 512 can analyze throughput and determine that radio conditions are causing delay in packet transmission. In some embodiments, the analysis component 512 determines that a condition is satisfied if the buffer is getting full, if buffer is full and dropping packets, or if there delays in delivering data packets (e.g., due to radio conditions affecting the eNB). The analysis component 512 can also determine if a second link is available (e.g., has the NR link been deployed and available to use). The analysis component 512 can provide the results to the processor 510 so that data traffic can be adjusted.
