The user device 102, the content device 104, the one or more blackout devices 106, and/or the like may be in communication via a network 108. The network 108 may comprise a packet-switched network, a non-packet switched network, and/or the like. The network 108 may comprise wireless links and/or wired links. The network 108 may comprise one or more routers, switches, gateways, access points, multiplexers and/or the like.
