The user device 102 may comprise an interface unit 110 configured to output (e.g., render via a display of a user device, transmit to a display device) content to a user of the user device. The interface unit 110 may comprise an application, such as a web browser, a mobile application, an application on a media device (e.g., a set top box, a television, a streaming device). The user device 102 may receive a request for content. The request may be received from a user via the application. The request may be received from another device (e.g., remote, second screen device, such as smart phone) in communication with the user device 102. The content may comprise video, audio, text (e.g., a web page, a document), and/or the like. The content may comprise a content stream (e.g., or a content transmission), such as a video stream, a packet switched content stream, and/or the like. The content may be associated with a content channel (e.g., television channel).
