摘要

A light-emitting apparatus with low power consumption is provided. A light-emitting apparatus including a first light-emitting device and a first color conversion layer. The first light-emitting device includes an anode, a cathode, and an EL layer positioned between the anode and the cathode. The EL layer includes a layer including a material with a refractive index lower than or equal to 1.75 at 467 nm. The first color conversion layer includes a first substance capable of emission by absorbing light. Light emitted from the first light-emitting device enters the first color conversion layer.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention

Embodiments of the present invention relate to an organic compound, a light-emitting element, a light-emitting device, a display module, a lighting module, a display device, a light-emitting apparatus, an electronic device, and a lighting device. Note that one embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above technical field. The technical field of one embodiment of the invention disclosed in this specification and the like relates to an object, a method, or a manufacturing method. One embodiment of the present invention relates to a process, a machine, manufacture, or a composition of matter. Specifically, examples of the technical field of one embodiment of the present invention disclosed in this specification include a semiconductor device, a display device, a liquid crystal display device, a light-emitting apparatus, a lighting device, a power storage device, a memory device, an imaging device, a driving method thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof.

2. Description of the Related Art

Light-emitting devices (organic EL devices) including organic compounds and utilizing electroluminescence (EL) have been put to more practical use. In the basic structure of such light-emitting devices, an organic compound layer including a light-emitting material (an EL layer) is interposed between a pair of electrodes. Carriers are injected by application of voltage to the device, and recombination energy of the carriers is used, whereby light emission can be obtained from the light-emitting material.

What is claimed is:1. A light-emitting apparatus comprising:a first light-emitting device;a second light-emitting device; anda third light-emitting device,wherein each of the first light-emitting device, the second light-emitting device and the third light-emitting device comprises a first electrode, a light-emitting layer over the first electrode, a first layer over the light-emitting layer, and a second electrode over the first layer,wherein the first light-emitting device further comprises:a first color conversion layer over the second electrode; anda resin layer over the first color conversion layer,wherein the second light-emitting device further comprises:a second color conversion layer over the second electrode; anda first coloring layer over the second color conversion layer,wherein the second electrode has a light-transmitting property, andwherein the first layer comprises a first material with a refractive index lower than or equal to 1.75 at 467 nm.2. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the third light-emitting device further comprises a light-scattering layer over the second electrode.3. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the third light-emitting device further comprises a second coloring layer over the second electrode.4. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first layer is in contact with the second electrode.5. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1,wherein the first material is a mixed material of a first organic compound and an inorganic compound,wherein the first organic compound has an electron-transport property, andwherein the inorganic compound is one of a fluoride of an alkali metal and a fluoride of an alkaline earth metal.6. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 5,wherein the inorganic compound is an alkali metal fluoride, andwherein a concentration of the inorganic compound in the first material is higher than or equal to 50 vol % and lower than 95 vol %.7. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 5, wherein a concentration of the inorganic compound in the first material is higher than or equal to 20 vol %.8. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1,wherein each of the first color conversion layer and the second color conversion layer comprises a first substance capable of emission by absorbing light, andwherein the first substance is a quantum dot.9. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the third light-emitting device is configured to emit blue light.10. An electronic device comprising the light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1.11. A lighting device comprising the light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1.12. A light-emitting apparatus comprising:a first light-emitting device;a second light-emitting device; anda third light-emitting device,wherein each of the first light-emitting device, the second light-emitting device and the third light-emitting device comprises a first electrode, a first light-emitting layer over the first electrode, a charge-generation layer over the first light-emitting layer, a second light-emitting layer over the charge-generation layer, a first layer over the second light-emitting layer, and a second electrode over the first layer,wherein the first light-emitting device further comprises:a first color conversion layer over the second electrode; anda resin layer over the first color conversion layer,wherein the second light-emitting device further comprises:a second color conversion layer over the second electrode; anda first coloring layer over the second color conversion layer,wherein the second electrode has a light-transmitting property, andwherein the first layer comprises a first material with a refractive index lower than or equal to 1.75 at 467 nm.13. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the third light-emitting device further comprises a light-scattering layer over the second electrode.14. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the third light-emitting device further comprises a second coloring layer over the second electrode.15. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the first layer is in contact with the second electrode.16. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 12,wherein the first material is a mixed material of a first organic compound and an inorganic compound,wherein the first organic compound has an electron-transport property, andwherein the inorganic compound is one of a fluoride of an alkali metal and a fluoride of an alkaline earth metal.17. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 12,wherein each of the first color conversion layer and the second color conversion layer comprises a first substance capable of emission by absorbing light, andwherein the first substance is a quantum dot.18. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the third light-emitting device is configured to emit blue light.19.
