What is claimed is:1. A light-emitting apparatus comprising:a first light-emitting device;a second light-emitting device; anda third light-emitting device,wherein each of the first light-emitting device, the second light-emitting device and the third light-emitting device comprises a first electrode, a light-emitting layer over the first electrode, a first layer over the light-emitting layer, and a second electrode over the first layer,wherein the first light-emitting device further comprises:a first color conversion layer over the second electrode; anda resin layer over the first color conversion layer,wherein the second light-emitting device further comprises:a second color conversion layer over the second electrode; anda first coloring layer over the second color conversion layer,wherein the second electrode has a light-transmitting property, andwherein the first layer comprises a first material with a refractive index lower than or equal to 1.75 at 467 nm.2. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the third light-emitting device further comprises a light-scattering layer over the second electrode.3. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the third light-emitting device further comprises a second coloring layer over the second electrode.4. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first layer is in contact with the second electrode.5. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1,wherein the first material is a mixed material of a first organic compound and an inorganic compound,wherein the first organic compound has an electron-transport property, andwherein the inorganic compound is one of a fluoride of an alkali metal and a fluoride of an alkaline earth metal.6. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 5,wherein the inorganic compound is an alkali metal fluoride, andwherein a concentration of the inorganic compound in the first material is higher than or equal to 50 vol % and lower than 95 vol %.7. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 5, wherein a concentration of the inorganic compound in the first material is higher than or equal to 20 vol %.8. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1,wherein each of the first color conversion layer and the second color conversion layer comprises a first substance capable of emission by absorbing light, andwherein the first substance is a quantum dot.9. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the third light-emitting device is configured to emit blue light.10. An electronic device comprising the light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1.11. A lighting device comprising the light-emitting apparatus according to claim 1.12. A light-emitting apparatus comprising:a first light-emitting device;a second light-emitting device; anda third light-emitting device,wherein each of the first light-emitting device, the second light-emitting device and the third light-emitting device comprises a first electrode, a first light-emitting layer over the first electrode, a charge-generation layer over the first light-emitting layer, a second light-emitting layer over the charge-generation layer, a first layer over the second light-emitting layer, and a second electrode over the first layer,wherein the first light-emitting device further comprises:a first color conversion layer over the second electrode; anda resin layer over the first color conversion layer,wherein the second light-emitting device further comprises:a second color conversion layer over the second electrode; anda first coloring layer over the second color conversion layer,wherein the second electrode has a light-transmitting property, andwherein the first layer comprises a first material with a refractive index lower than or equal to 1.75 at 467 nm.13. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the third light-emitting device further comprises a light-scattering layer over the second electrode.14. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the third light-emitting device further comprises a second coloring layer over the second electrode.15. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the first layer is in contact with the second electrode.16. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 12,wherein the first material is a mixed material of a first organic compound and an inorganic compound,wherein the first organic compound has an electron-transport property, andwherein the inorganic compound is one of a fluoride of an alkali metal and a fluoride of an alkaline earth metal.17. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 12,wherein each of the first color conversion layer and the second color conversion layer comprises a first substance capable of emission by absorbing light, andwherein the first substance is a quantum dot.18. The light-emitting apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the third light-emitting device is configured to emit blue light.19. An electronic device comprising the light-emitting apparatus according to claim 12.20. A lighting device comprising the light-emitting apparatus according to claim 12.
