As described above, the main terminals 70C and 70E have the same width W1, and the interval P1 between the main terminals 70C and 70E is also the same for all the main terminals 70. A center of the width of the main terminal 70E placed at the center in the X direction among the odd number of main terminals 70 is located on a center line CL passing through the center of the semiconductor chip 40. In this way, the main terminals 70C and 70E are arranged symmetrically with respect to the center line CL passing through the center of the semiconductor chip 40 in the X direction.
