Referring primarily to FIGS. 3, 6, and 8, the second outer wall 146 may extend from the divider wall 142 in a direction that extends toward the outboard transmission housing 80. For instance, the second outer wall 146 may be configured as a ring that may extend around or encircle the wheel axis 40 and the rotor axis 120 and that may extend from the divider wall 142 to the flange wall 92 of the outboard transmission housing 80. The second outer wall 146 may extend around or encircle components of the transmission 64. For instance, the second outer wall 146 may partially encircle gears of the transmission 64 and may be partially received inside the wheel 70. As is best shown in FIG. 8, the second outer wall 146 may have a plurality of fastener holes 170 that may receive corresponding fasteners 132 that may couple the outboard transmission housing 80 to the inboard transmission housing 82. The first outer wall 144 and the second outer wall 146 may extend in the opposite directions from the divider wall 142.
