If the second CSI configuration is the first CSI configuration, in a possible implementation, the first CSI configuration is further associated with the N2 CSI-IM resources, the N2 CSI-IM resources include a first-type CSI-IM resource and/or a second-type CSI-IM resource, the first-type CSI-IM resource is used to measure interference information in a multi-station joint transmission mechanism, and the second-type CSI-IM resource is used to measure interference information in a single-station transmission mechanism, where N2 is a positive integer.
