Reference is now made to FIG. 7, which shows an illustrative example of a complex conversation tree 700, that may be conducted using system 200. In this instance the conversation tree is related to a hearing experience of the user (here phone call sounds being too loud).

As seen from conversation tree 700, detecting the issue related to the hearing deficiency reported by the user, using the detection algorithm, (as described herein) may be a multistep process with several ‘back-and-forth’ s with the user.

Reference is now made to FIG. 8 which is a flowchart 800 of the herein disclosed method for personalized hearing aid adjustment, according to some embodiments. The method may be essentially similar (and certain steps identical) to the method described with regards to FIG. 1, except that the deficiency in the user's hearing experience is detected proactively by the detection algorithm, independently of a user's input.

In step 810, an issue potentially related to a deficiency in the hearing experience of a user, utilizing a hearing aid, is identified, using a detection algorithm.

According to some embodiments, the issue potentially related to a hearing deficiency may be determined proactively, independently of a user's indication of a perceived deficiency in the hearing experience (i.e., whether or not the user perceives the deficiency).
