Other configurations are possible, including series configuration, combined series and parallel configuration, and electrical connections to the electrodes may be made at any suitable position. As illustrated, a first set of electrodes exhibit a first potential (V1), while a second set of the electrodes, interspersed between the first set of electrodes, exhibit a second potential (V2), such that a potential difference between the electrodes is V1?V2.
