Terminals T1 and T2 are first and second terminals of a capacitor device 3 or terminals of a capacitor. Terminal T2 of said capacitor device is connected in series with said load 6 through an operating switching device 4 in off state. Terminals T1 is connected to terminal A of a voltage source 1 of AC with a switching device 2.
