摘要

The method of controlling power transmission to a load permits: to eliminate over-voltage in an electric circuit; to decrease energy losses and time of charging of an energy storing device; to increase service life of switches and provide very high reliability of power transmission to a load. The conception is following: controlling power transmission to a load from additional circuit so that current can be transferred from additional circuit to operating circuit (circuit with a load) and vice versa from operating circuit to additional circuit without interruption (without switching off) circuit of the load.

FIG. 23, FIG. 24, FIG. 26 with FIG. 25 explain the difference between time of discharging: for (known) series connection (FIG. 23) of capacitors C (or super-capacitors); for (known) parallel connection (FIG. 24) of capacitors C (or super-capacitors); for hybrid (unknown in the art) connection (FIG. 26) of capacitors (or super-capacitors) with equally charged capacitors (or super-capacitors) C. Total stored energy for each of three realizations (FIG. 23, FIG. 24, FIG. 26) are the same. Said realizations can be discharged by a resistor R connected to output terminal G and H (FIG. 23, FIG. 24, FIG. 26 with FIG. 25), but time of discharging ΔTDIS will be different:

where: ΔTDISSER is the duration of discharging for series connection (FIG. 23); ΔTDISPAR is the duration of discharging for parallel connection (FIG. 24); ΔTDISHYB is the duration of discharging for hybrid connection (FIG. 26).
