Communication may come directly from primary device 102 to a subnetwork or a member of a subnetwork, or may be facilitated by networks 100's router 106. In the example of FIG. 1A, DSDN 100 is configured such that primary device 102 may access subnetworks 120-160 via router 106. Secondary device 104 has not been provisioned into network 100, and therefore is not in communication with any device or subnetwork within network 100. Subnetworks 170-180 are shown isolated from all other subnetworks/devices in network 100. That is, there is no communication between isolated subnetworks 170, 180 and any other device or the internet 190. In one example, for subnetwork 170 this may be that computer device 171 is infected with malicious software. In another example, for subnetwork 180 this may be because guest device 181 is currently not trusted.
