As shown in FIG. 2 for example, the transducer unit 1 can be placed upon an auxiliary element 23 during the manufacturing process. The auxiliary element 23 is a plate in this case or is at least designed in the shape of a plate. With the aid of the auxiliary element 23, the receiving space 7 can be delimited or sealed at the top side 10, and so the diaphragm material is filled into the receiving space 7 and is retained there. The auxiliary element 23 is shown in FIG. 2 without the normal cross-hatch shading in this case, as the auxiliary element 23 will not remain part of the transducer unit 1 at the conclusion of the manufacturing thereof.
According to the present exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 2 for example, the transducer unit 1, in particular the receiving space 7, comprises at least one diaphragm volume 13a, b, which is filled with the diaphragm material and in which the at least one diaphragm element 14a, b (cf. FIG. 1) is formed after curing.
