Furthermore, sections of the reinforcing element, in particular at the first and/or the second side face(s), can be roughened, for example, with the aid of chemical processes, and so a form-locking connection can be formed between the reinforcing element and the diaphragm element.
It is advantageous when the dam arrangement, the transducer element and/or the reinforcing element are arranged with respect to each other in such a way that the reinforcing element is spaced apart from the dam arrangement. Consequently, the reinforcing element can be contactlessly and/or freely deflected with respect to the dam arrangement.
It is advantageous when the at least one diaphragm element is arranged in such a way that it is spaced apart from the transducer element. For this purpose, the diaphragm material is cast onto the reinforcing element in such a way that the diaphragm element formed as a result is spaced apart from the transducer element. As a result, the flexible diaphragm element is not obstructed by the transducer element during deflection.
It is advantageous when the reinforcing element and/or the transducer element are/is arranged coaxially to the dam arrangement. Additionally or alternatively, the reinforcing element and the transducer element can also be arranged coaxially to one another. As a result, the vibrational properties of the diaphragm unit can be improved when the transducer unit is utilized, for example, as a sound transducer. As a result, the diaphragm unit can be deflected without, for example, tilting, or without the orientation of the diaphragm unit changing during the deflection.
