Third Aspect: Data Packet Transmission
In the second aspect of the disclosure, the first node will be configured to transmit cached data packets according to the configuration before the configuration update or before the migration. After these cached data packets are transmitted, the configuration (the old configuration) before the configuration update or before the migration does not need to be retained.
