The terminal having received the information on the determined condition and the candidate configuration information may transmit an RRC message to the MN. When a condition is satisfied while a measurement is performed (operation 7-45), the terminal may determine to perform conditional PSCell addition, and select, as a target cell, a candidate cell associated with the satisfied condition. In addition, the terminal may also identify a T-SN operating a target PSCell.
