Referring now to FIG. 9, illustrated is a schematic block diagram of an exemplary end-user device, such as a mobile handset 900, capable of connecting to a network in accordance with some embodiments described herein. Although a mobile handset 900 is illustrated herein, it will be understood that other mobile devices are contemplated herein and that the mobile handset 900 is merely illustrated to provide context for the embodiments of the various embodiments described herein.
