In some aspects, the UE 120 includes means for obtaining, from a configuration, an indication of the threshold, where the threshold is a predefined threshold. In some aspects, the UE 120 includes means for determining the threshold based at least in part on a configuration transmitted to the UE. In some aspects, the UE 120 includes means for determining a size of a channel sensing window associated with at least one of the one or more channel sensing modes; and/or means for determining the threshold based at least in part on the size of the channel sensing window.
